Harmoonia Food Supplements Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Harmoonia Food Supplements Trading LLC (“Harmoonia Food Supplements”). We at Harmoonia Food Supplements strive to provide

the best products and services to our valued customers. If you need to return a product and request a

refund, we offer refund and/or exchange within the first fifteen (15) days of your purchase. Note that if

fifteen (15) days have elapsed since the date of your purchase, you will no longer be entitled to or offered

a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

If the items purchased from harmooniawellness.com (the “Goods” or “Products”) are returned within fifteen

(15) days from the date of purchase and a refund is claimed on account of damage or manufacturing issues

with the Goods, we offer the option of the value of the product being returned to the customer by way of

a credit note issued in favour of the customer. No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances.

However, before the refund can be processed or granted, the following conditions must be satisfied:

(a) the Goods should be returned in their original (and undamaged) packaging;

(b) in addition to the above, all spare parts and accessories relating to the Goods should be returned

in their original packaging along with the packed items;

(c) the Goods shall be in the same condition as were delivered to the customer and should, under all

circumstances, be free from any scratches or damage;

(d) the Goods should not have been used in any manner (including, the customer should not have tried

to install the Goods);

(e) the Goods should not include any products which it would be unhygienic to return or reuse (for

example, face masks, under garments, socks, etc.);

(f) the Goods should not have been purchased as part of an offer or promotion;

(g) the Goods must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and receipt; and

(h) in the event that the Product being returned was sold with a gift (whether as part of a promotion

or otherwise), the gift should be returned with the Product(s) as well.

2. Refunds Process

2.1 Goods that are eligible for repair or replacement will be processed for such repair or replacement /

exchange based on availability of parts or replacement product (as applicable). We will make every

effort to ensure a suitable solution is provided to address any issues with the Product for which a valid

and eligible refund is being sought.

2.2 While refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis, this process normally takes between seven (7) to

ten (10) workings days to be processed. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds; instead, the

refund amount will be issued via credit note.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when shipped by us, or if you have received a

wrong product. Otherwise, no exchanges will be entertained.

4. Exempt Goods

Please note that goods purchased on "Special Offers" or "Sales Promotion" are not eligible for return or

refund. However, a Credit Note may be offered if the item cannot be repaired or replaced for your next

purchase.
